What we store

  • Your account: name, email address and password (stored encrypted by our sign-in provider).
  • Your profile: how your name is shown publicly, optional nickname, photo and bio, SkyTrak username and course pack.
  • Your rounds: scorecard screenshots or photos, the scores read from them, and the scores you confirm.
  • League records: handicaps, results, points, awards and chat messages.

How photos are used

Scorecard photos are used only for scoring and verification. An automated reader suggests the numbers, you confirm them, and the commissioner reviews the photo. Photos are stored privately: only you and the commissioner can open them. They are never posted publicly or sold.

What others can see

  • Public pages and share images show your chosen public name (first name and last initial by default), scores, points and standings.
  • Other members see the same, plus chat. Your email address is never shown to other members.
  • Fun awards follow your privacy setting on your profile.

Emails

We send account emails (confirmation and password reset). League recap emails are opt-in and can be turned off any time.

Deleting your account

Email the commissioner or message them in league chat and ask for your account to be deleted. We remove your profile, photos and sign-in. Results already published may be kept as anonymous "Former member" records so other players' standings stay correct.

Backups

The league database is backed up daily and backups are kept for about two weeks, so deleted data fully disappears after that window.
